Collegiate Licensing Corporation (CLC)
The University of
Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is affiliated with the Collegiate
Licensing Corporation (CLC) and has agreed to abide by the CLC Code
of Conduct for an initial period during which time it anticipates that
the CLC will adopt provisons for public disclosure by licensees of factory
location, independent monitoring of factories, adequate wages and the
safeguarding of women laborers' rights. The University's Memorandum of
Understanding on the CLC Code of Conduct is available here as an Acrobat
